Shine

 Do you ever wonder how brilliant your eyes are, that they see the most ordinary things shine? 

Dust

If I let you in please don't unsettle the dust. I have gotten used to it now. It's a part of me. The sunlight makes it sparkle. The breeze tries hard to move it. It's there, comfortable. Let it be. And if you want to be a part of me, accept the dust as me. 

Imperfect

Nothing is ever perfect. Not the moment. Not the minute. Not the person. That's a good thing. Who wants perfection anyway? 

Victim

 The disrespect, the deception. The lack of hesitation. The audacity. Shut up and listen the next time someone tells you why they don't trust people. This is how victims are made.

29th

 A year added to my life. 

A journey that's been blessed from the start. 

Of course there'll be days that are grey but there are many, many good days that outnumber them. 

There's always, by the grace of goodness, been abundance, and a life full of love and happiness. 

Bad people

 The mind plays tricks. 

It creates an illusion. 

A fantasy. 

It makes you think differently. 

It robs you of reality.

What is, may be completely different. 

Perspective, interpretation and judgement. 

Get out of your head and open your eyes. 

People aren't good. 

Amnesia

The good thing is, there's always more moments to be made. 

And I'll just keep adding to my memories.
