Listen
Sometimes we need someone to listen to us and know why we are how we are, what has hurt us, and what has damaged us. And they don't offer solutions or judge but just listen. They hear your voice quiver and crack, at the saying of someone's name, and they listen. Just taking in, like a sponge. And that's all we need.

Some souls don’t ask to be fixed or judged.
ReplyDeleteThey only want to be heard, fully, patiently, without interruption.
To have their pauses understood, their trembling silences respected, the weight behind a name noticed.
That kind of listening is rare… and when it’s missing, even truth can falter.
Yet being heard like this has a way of undoing damage—slowly, gently, honestly.
